Thought for the day:
People change... some change for the better, some for the worse...
Sometimes we don't see it as we are the ones who's changing. Only 3rd parties are able to tell a difference...
Changes in character can be caused, probably by our childhood? or the people whom you mix with or even by our surroundings. But ultimately its up to us to see how much we can withstand. How much we can tolerate to all sorts of temptations.
Compare yourself from the past till now. Once in awhile do some self reflection, what have you done right, what have you done wrong. When something has gone wrong, Just take about 5 to 10 mins of your time, reflect. and maybe think how to improve or probably try changing to be a better person.
Everyone has a certain percentage of stubboness... but its still up to yourself to think and once you see your flaws and mistakes, then that will be the day you see a brand new you...

Time check:
Came home? This morning 5.30am...
Reason? MAHJONGG!!!!!!!! *finally*
Went to JH's place played till dawn and surprisingly, I'm not sleepy.. haha... everyone else looked as though they were gonna konk out any minute... Wasn't the biggest winner but at least I still had positive value, so I still win... heh~ Biggest winner was ZH... Still alil clueless of the game but as long as I know how to hu, hack la! The counting of tais shall leave it to the rest to count... (completenessly evil now)
Anyway, did some quizes enjoy while I go get more rest...

Its the 7th day of the lunar new year therefore... HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVERYONE!!!!!!!!
This is the day all families should gather for dinner and lou hei...
I'm tired, but can't sleep... hmmm... I wonder why... but anyway, since I'm free, had done some research on the lunar new year and thou shall share...
Chinese New Year starts with the New Moon on the first day of the new year and ends on the full moon 15 days later. The 15th day of the new year is called the Lantern Festival, which is celebrated at night with lantern displays and children carrying lanterns in a parade.
The Chinese calendar is based on a combination of lunar and solar movements. The lunar cycle is about 29.5 days. In order to "catch up" with the solar calendar the Chinese insert an extra month once every few years (seven years out of a 19-yearcycle). This is the same as adding an extra day on leap year. This is why, according to the solar calendar, the Chinese New Year falls on a different date each year.
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are celebrated as a family affair, a time of reunion and thanksgiving. The celebration was traditionally highlighted with a religious ceremony given in honor of Heaven and Earth, the gods of the household and the family ancestors.
The sacrifice to the ancestors, the most vital of all the rituals, united the living members with those who had passed away. Departed relatives are remembered with great respect because they were responsible for laying the foundations for the fortune and glory of the family.
The presence of the ancestors is acknowledged on New Year's Eve with a dinner arranged for them at the family banquet table. The spirits of the ancestors, together with the living, celebrate the onset of the New Year as one great community. The communal feast called "surrounding the stove" or weilu. It symbolizes family unity and honors the past and present generations.

OMG SOMEONE SAVE ME PLEASE????
I'm going crazy!!!!! hahaha.... This hasn't happened to me for a very very long time... gawd whats wrong with me... I'm going gaga over a star... I feel like back in sec sch crazy over stars and all... ahaha but this is the first time I'm really nuts... smthing is seriously wrong with me I tell you,... someone needs to slap me outta it... haha...
I remember laughing at Clara durin the S.H.E concert when she was screaming her lungs out for Wu Zun... and her pestering me to take pics of him... I was like oh gawd clara... did u miss your child hood or what... haha but now... I'm the one I'm the nutty one... this is madness... hahaha... I'm crazy over Wang Dong Cheng... haha... and I totally regret not takin pics of him at the concert... LOL....
Oh well anyway... Woke up extremely early today cos I had to sign THE contract... haha... then headed to collect my notes... I felt so cheated... was asked to walk from China Square to Shenton Way to collect my notes... When I reached there, the 2 receptionists told me... "You're supposed to go to the learning centre to collect not here... oh poor girl... you have to walk back again..." I was like what the hell... "KILL ME PLEASE!!!!!" I was made to walk from Shenton to Raffles Quay... I wanted to die... when I went back to branch... I was complaining like hell to all my collegues... WHY ME!!!!!! why do I always get the shitty stuff... T_T *sadness*
Oh and I told off one of my collegue today... cos I was so pissed at her... I confronted her and asked... "what do u mean by I do not do my work properly... So what if I'm leaving for another post?? I am a person with integrity... I do not leave things undone... when I'm asked to do a job... I know I should jolly well do it and make the best out of it... So I'm not the kind that would say.. aiya since I'm leaving already can hack care la... I'm not that sorta person..." So irritational... grrrr.... no use getting mad at such a person also... so... I'll just take it and leave with pride... heh~ =D
Did some shoppin after work... heehee... bought a pretty black top... office wear... heehee... I need to do more shopping!!!!!! I need more office wear!!!! hehheh... shopping anyone?? keke~

Thinkin why suddenly I thought of the word respect?? Cos I think some people do not have self worth.... They do not know how to carry themselves and they too do not know how CHEAP~ they are... Some people whom I do not wish to mention names cos I know it will hurt a very good friend of mine....
Some guys in general are just unforgivable.... they would think that by clubbin, getting themselves drunk, hoping to screw some clubber girl would make them popular or hip... well it doesn't!!! It just shows how desperate you are... *disgusted*
