I'm the HAPPIEST girl alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got to the position I wanted!!!!!!! hahaha... I'm gonna be a personal financial manager!!!!!!! HAPPY~ heehee... No longer a cust service officer!!!!! heehee... which means I'll have a whole new job scope... new collegues... new everything!!!! hmmm... but now I wonder if I can meet the monthly targets set for me...
Though I'm going to de smthing new, I will always remind myself never to forget about service... service comes sales... yea~ So i'll be mindful and not forget my background... heehee...
Not too sure when training will start... with all the changing of new notes, I guess I'll hang around till the crowd subsides then will take on new duties... =D
Am grateful to my manager who has nominated me for the job... =) *excited*

Current mood: Pissed~
Everything didn't go well for me right at the beginning when I just woke up...
1: Overslept!! (I can't help it... the weather was good)
2: Kenah scolded by one bloody stuck up customer (which totally ruined the rest of my day and I heard he won't let me off so easily.... wth la... sucker~)
What happened:
Bloody asshole, told him to come back to the bank in feb probably 3rd or the 4th to process his other transactions cos the account waasn't ready... he came back today... I admit during the first round it was my fault... I gave the wrong info, he came back afew weeks ago... I apologised and told him to come back a month later which is 3rd or 4th of Feb but the bloody F***** came back today... I was like wth why did he come back sia... then I was busy with my other custs cos my other collegue was at lunch and my other collegue served him wanted to give him good advice by filling up the necessary then he dun hafta come back again but he refuse... that sucker refuse to take our advice... anyway... suit him... by not taking our advice he jolly well have to come queue again.... can't be bothered... he like queuing so much... FINE!!!
hmmm... dun mind the language... I was highly annoyed.... *ANGRY*
3: people keep teasing me with that disgusting THING!!!! and I heard he wanted to be our permanent guard!!!!!!! OMG thank god Rashid's smart to stay and say no... or I'll just find the tallest building and jump.... (~kill me please~)
Wanna know more bout part 3?? I feel goosed typing out... wanna find out what happened pple who know me can just call me to ask.... my collegues I guess u guys would know already... so no point repeating... heh~

Wanted to look up on the benefits of Ikan Bilis today but ended up researching on women's health and nutrition... and this was what I found... therefore decided to share it...
Statistics have shown that women enjoy a longer life expectancy than men in spite of having to balance between work and family life. Environmental stressors, thus, place an impact on the quality of life.
The types of food we eat are also associated with the risk of developing diseases. Since the early twentieth century, researchers have documented that what we eat is related to the type of health diseases we face. These diseases have resulted because of vitamin and mineral deficiency. As a result, this can cause growth and impaired mental development in children as well as other health-related problems.
As a woman's physical body characteristics differs from men; so do the types of health risks or diseases women may face. Health diseases such as osteoporosis, iron-deficiency anemia, may also affect the quality of a women health status.
To keep ourselves upbeat, we need to constantly nourish ourselves with healthy foods that keep us on the go! A rich blend of colourful foods provides us with vitamins and minerals that promote healthy bodies.
Lets look at some general health concerns most women have:
Bone up for Health
Bone density continues to develop in both men and women till average 30 years of age. In women, bone loss begins much earlier because of women's different hormonal makeup. Pregnancy, lactation and menopause can also deplete a woman's calcium store, thus resulting in less calcium reserves in the bone. And since women are living longer than men their bone loss continues. Strengthen your bones by exercising regularly. Consuming calcium-rich food and supplementing with calcium is not sufficient. It is important to incorporate exercises such as weight training, aerobic and brisk walking. These exercises can help strengthen bones and prevent bone loss.
Embark on a bone-healthy diet and fuel up with food they require such as - Calcium and Vitamin D.
Calcium is the principal food of our bones and teeth. Good sources include:
Milk
Milk products such as yoghurt and cheese
Tofu
Ikan bilis
Soak up the Vitamin D from the Sun! Vitamin D is required for the absorption of calcium.
The rich source of vitamins, minerals and phyto-chemicals in fruits and vegetables can offer protective benefits to bone.
Although it is preferred to meet our daily calcium intake by consuming calcium rich food, another alternative way to achieve calcium is by consuming calcium supplements. Individuals who do not consume adequate amount of calcium in their daily diet may benefit from supplements.
Feminine Health
In an average cycle of 40 years, females have approximately 13 menstrual cycles per year. Each menstruation cycle lasts from 1 - 7 days, and over this cycle, an average of 35 - 50 ml of blood will be lost. For some individuals, the lost of blood may result in a shortage of iron and over a period of time, these individuals may be anemic. From a nutritional viewpoint, a good diet planning and supplementing the diet with iron-rich food or iron supplement can help to prevent iron deficiency anemia.
Food rich in iron includes:
Red meat
Fish
Whole-grain and fortified breads and cereals
Dark green leafy vegetables e.g. spinach
A word of caution: Iron may interfere with the absorption of calcium. Therefore, if you like, you may like to take them at least 2 hours apart.

Our skin is the largest organ of our body. Yes! It is alive and we should constantly nourish it to keep it glowing from the outside and healthy from within! Many of my consultants are leaving and now, my manager has told me he's gonna push me up for the role... cos he see an opportunity and I guess he thinks I'm ready... but the final decision still lies with the district manager... But I do not know if I have to go for a second interview...
Remember the previous time I went for the interview, they told me I was still new to the banking industry and I still needed time and I thought it was all crap... and it was just an excuse to let me know I was rejected... but now, i understand what they mean... there are many changes with the bank and really I had alot of new things to learn... well I'm glad that my manager's giving me another chance... and this time I hope I'll get the job... =D

Should I pick up guitar lessons again??
Tried years ago, failed... picked it up 2 years back... still failed... now I'm determined to try again... wish me luck~ Cos I can just stare at my guitar in my room.. and she look so lonely as if asking me to entertain her...
Yes my guitar talks to me.. Come to think of it, I had her for so long and I haven't gotten a name for her yet... maybe its time to name her... Probably the next time I'm back to blog, I would have given her a name... heehee...
Anyway, came across Patricia Mok's blog and omg I love her article on the cutest utensils ever!!!! They're really cute... maybe I should go look for them and bring them home... keke~ good idea??

Life has been really boring... Noticed I've disappeared for quite some time?? haha... Cos I have nothing to update~ grrr... At least I managed to get a few things done this week... Finally I got my lazy self to start on some insurance savings plan... haha... and got to meet up with dearie Clarriebelly...
The bank's been pretty busy... Lots of pple... esp when the lunar new year's approaching... darn the new year... ah~ the new notes are not out yet and pple are still streaming into the bank... why!!! Dun these pple haf anything else better to do... haix... I dun understand why do pple like to come over to the bank so much... chq deposit?? there's the cheque deposit box... cash deposit?? there's the cam machine... need cash?? whats the ATM used for... Get rid of Giro?? go to the company la!! update of particulars?? there's always internet banking facility... haix~ so the point of coming to the bank?? They say they like the personal touch... Think they're just bored at home need pple to accompany and talk to them... hmmm... need pple to talk?? can... come tok to me bout investments haha... I'll be more than glad to entertain them... keke... =D
Oh well... but at least there are those few that will just brighten our days... those with stories to tell us... its quite alright to just sit there and listen... heh~

A day late but still HAPPY NEW YEAR PPLE!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha...
This year's new year?? A peaceful dinner at my grandmama's place... Haven't had a proper home cooked meal for a very very long time... months I supposed... =)
Well lets do a nice short recap of my past year....
Got together with many of my lost friends...
Knew more new people (at work and outside)...
Smooth sailing... (love wise)
1st time attending NDP as a spectator...
Chilling out and having fun steamy boaty sessions at our fav AMK s11, prata house and liquid Kitchen...
